software lacked advanced multi-currency, and the desktop interface was very primitive
but functional. It uses Dot Net 1.0 and MSDE 2000.

<p>All of our STFB Inc. Integral Accounting and Nebula Products are licensed under the same agreement which can be found at the bottom of this page.
In summary, basically the license agreement states that you do anything you want with the software, integrate it into your own applications, customize it and
resell it to your customers, offer it as a hosted package, there is only one primary limitation,</p>
<p><b>You can not resell the source code!</b></p>
<p>You can only resell compiled products based on source code purchased from us.
<p>If the package can't be protected by compilation, then you must encrypt of obfuseicate the source and not grant access to the stored procedures.
<p>It is also expected that you will take great care protecting the source code from release or let unauthorized parties review the source code.

may want to see by request, but once you purchase the source code no returns are accepted.</p>

<p> If you would like to see specific section of source code that were not included in the review kit or the trial applications, please
review, sign, and fax the NDA Agreement from the bottom of this page to us and we will make that code available to you.</p>
